5 ways for how to be happy

why are happy people happy, finding happiness, find happiness, happiness tips, happiness quotes

1) Let go of negativity.

  • Learn to forgive and forget.

  • See every challenge as an opportunity for further growth.

  • Express gratitude for what you have.

  • Be more optimistic about the future and your ability to accomplish life goals.

  • Open yourself up to success and embrace failures or mistakes that happen along the way.

  • Know that none of us are perfect, we are all here to entertain and be entertained.

  • Don’t worry about the little things. Take plenty of “worry vacations” where you train your mind not to worry for a certain lengths of time.

  • If you want to be more positive, surround yourself with positive energy and people. Nurture the positive relationships that you have, seeking out more of those relationships that help uplift you.

2.) Serve and be kind to others.

  • Treat everyone with kindness. Not only does it help others to feel better, but you will notice that you too feel good after having a positive interaction with others.

  • Speak well of others. When you speak negatively of others you will attract more negativity to yourself, but when you speak positively of others, you will attract more positivity.

  • Truly listen to others. Be present and mindful to what others are really saying when they speak. Support them without bringing yourself into it.

  • Be careful with your words. Speak gentler, kinder, and wiser.

3.) Live in the present.

  • Don’t replay negative events or worry about the future.

  • Accept and celebrate impermanence. Be grateful for your life, for each moment of every day. Observe the constant and natural flow of change that surrounds us, and your small yet important part in the natural, divine flow of life.

  • Observe yourself in the moment. Work on your reactions to outer circumstances and learn how to approach life harmoniously.

4.) Choose a healthy lifestyle.

  • Keep a daily routine. Wake up at the same time every morning, preferably early. Setting yourself to a natural biorhythm will make it easier to wake up and feel energized.

  • Get enough sleep. Proper sleep is linked to positive personality characteristics like optimism, improved self-esteem, and even problem solving.

  • Expose yourself to cold temperatures (especially first thing in the morning with perhaps a cold shower). It increases your circulation, helps minimize inflammation in the body, enhances weight loss, and energizes and invigorates you to start your day.

  • Eat properly. What you eat has a direct effect on your mood and energy levels. Eat plenty of organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables, nuts, whole grains, and dairy products that are both vitamin and mineral infused. Don’t overeat and try to practice healthy self-control.

  • Exercise daily to the point of sweating. It not only helps to purify the body, but also releases endorphins which help to prevent stress, relieve depression, and positively improve your mood.

  • Laugh more. Laughter is the best medicine. Like exercise, it releases endorphins that battle the negative effects of stress and promote a sense of well-being and joy.

  • Practice deep breathing and yoga. The body and mind are connected. Emotions affect the physical systems in the body, and the state of the body also affects the mind. By relaxing and releasing tension through the breath or yoga practice you feel more calm and centered throughout the day.

5.) Take care of your spirit.

  • Strive to always learn new things. Constantly expand your awareness and discover new ways of expressing your divine gifts.

  • Get creative. This will not only challenge you to learn new things, but will also help to keep your mind in a positive place. Practice living in the present moment and being a channel for the divine flow of creativity.

  • Practice meditation. Research has proven that even as little as 10 minutes of meditation a day can lead to physical changes in the brain that improve concentration and focus, calm the nervous system, and help you to become more kind and compassionate, and even more humorous. Then bring the joy and peace you receive from meditation into your daily life and activity.

  • Be honest. Telling the truth keeps you free inside, builds trust in relationships, and improves your will power and the ability to attract success.

Microsoft Excell

Basically, I not often using this kind of microsoft excel so do not know much about this. But after I learned about this, I know a bit about this. I would like to share about Excel and Excel explain what is about. Firstly, Microsoft Excel is a part of Microsoft products that can allows you to store, organize and analyze information. The purpose of Excel is to solve the types of problems that involve numbers and it can be spread sheets in Microsoft Excel. I would like to briefly give some explanation on how to use Microsoft Excel according to my understanding. First of all, you have to open Microsoft Excel on your PCs or laptop, then try to make a timetable either table or work schedule.

What you have to do next is to know about Cell Basic and Cell Content, because you would be able to calculate, analyze, and organize data. Then, you can modify Columns, Rows, and Cells in your table by merger cells, insert or delete columns and rows, and also change rows height and columns width. Moreover, you may also calculate the numbers in your Excel Sheet, such Add or Sum, Multiply, and Divide.

Software and Hardware

SOFTWARE

This topic is quite interesting because I had known about some hardware. I had learned the role of computer software.I also had learned about basic computer hardware. I could understand what computer hardware is, and then I learned about Computer Software with most basically known as an intangible part of a computer. It is also called as a program with collections of related data in a computer. It tells what a computer is supposed to carry out and how to do it.

There are some categories of software that is known as: System software that controls and maintains the operations of the computer and its devices, Application software makes users more productive and assists them with their tasks and Programming Language enables people (called programmers) to communicate instructions to a computer.

HARDWARE

I had learned about hardware and it was interesting topic for me because I like to learned about which is the hardware component of the computer. Firstly it's taught about introduction about computer. Computer is quite popular nowadays and most people are what is known computer. People are almost used it. However, it was a great time for me that I could learn something that really useful in my life. She gave us a huge of knowledge that he has regarding Computer. Furthermore, I learned what I had learned in class IT before, so that it was just a re-frees for me to know more about computers.

As the above picture shows that Computer is a programmable machine that carries out what it has been instructed. We recognize a Computer by looking at physical features as well as behaviours. In a Computer, there are some operation systems that always it does, such as Input, Processing, Output, Storage, and the other is Communication, and this operation is called as Information Processing Cycle. In Addition about Computer Operation, here are some definitions of Information Processing Cycle:

  •    A computer converts DATA (from Input) to become INFORMATION ( as Output).
  •    Processing requires a set of instruction, known as PROGRAM or SOFTWARE.
  •    A computer holds data, instructions and information in storage for future use.

In second week, we also learnt about the same topic. In this week I have learned computer hardware basics.Learning something new in Computer and Internet is very memorable for me who like using and interacting with computer. I want to share with you about what I have been learning in Computer and Internet lecture, especially in week 2.       First of all, I want to share some information regarding the history of computers. Even though, knowing computer history is not really important for us, but a history has created an invention. Many insventors contributed to the history of computer and that a computer is complex piece of mechinenery made up of many parts, each of which can be considered a separete invention. Nevertheless, there are five generations of computer as we can see now below:-

  •  First Generation (1940-1950) :: Vacuum Tube
  •  Second Generation (1950-1964) :: Transistors
  •  Third Generation Computers (1960s – 1971s) Integrated Circuit (IC)
  •  Fourth Generation Computers (1971s – Present) VLSI / ULSI
  •  Fifth Generation Computers (Now and Future)

Microsoft Power Point

I learned about Microsoft office power point. This program is very important when you will doing presentation.Microsoft Power point is a design program that allows users what they want, especially in a presentation. It almost similar to Microsoft Word, but it is more specific on the presentation slides, and it also can convert video into. We usually use Microsoft Power Point to present that with the Power point slides. First of all, you have to open the Microsoft Power Point or Laptop PCs on you, then create a theme or choose it from the Design tab. There are many themes that you can choose for your presentation. After choosing theme, you can put whatever you want into you presentation slides. In PowerPoint, you can also insert pictures, go to insert then click on the picture or clip art or screenshots into your slides. After inserting pictures, you may edit them you design or pictures by using picture format or edit. In your slides, you also can use transitions. So, what is transitions? Transitions are effects that motion, when in Slide Show View, add movement to your slides as you advance from one slide to another. There are many transitions to choose from; each one allows you to control the speed, and even add sound.

Bachelor Of Marketing

Individuals with marketing degrees will generally enter into their professions through sales in some capacity, but they can easily work their way up through the ranks. Some of the positions you might land in with a marketing degree include those of marketing manager, product manager, sales manager, advertising manager, or public relations.

The marketing manager is a position for an individual who manages a number of other departments, and has them working together in order to maximize profit by understanding the market demand and adjusting operations appropriately. Normally, a marketing manager will require a master's degree in marketing.

A product manager is something like a marketing manager, but a product manager is focused on one specific product, as opposed to a large-scale, widespread marketing strategy. Product managers will almost certainly require bachelor's degrees in marketing, as a bare minimum, and very well may require higher level degrees and experience, as the field is very competitive.
Sales managers are the supervisers for sales teams. Sales managers make sure that the territories are clearly split up among the sales team members, and makes sure that the members are fulfilling their quotas. Sales managers hire and train new sales team members, and manage incentives programs for the sales team. Sales managers, like product managers, will need bachelor's degrees in marketing at the minimum, and will likely need additional experience to truly distinguish themselves.

Advertising managers are individuals who either apply their marketing knowledge to work in the field of account management, which is more business focused, or the creative side of advertising, where they create ads or ad campaigns.
